What you'll do

  • Lead brand identity projects from discovery to delivery
  • Create logo systems, color palettes, and typographic frameworks
  • Build brand guidelines that clients can actually use
  • Collaborate with the web team on design-to-code handoffs
  • Own your work end-to-end and present directly to clients

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years doing brand or identity work (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio showing conceptual range, not just execution
  • Figma fluency — ideally with component libraries and auto-layout
  • Ability to articulate why a design decision works
  • Comfortable with fast timelines and direct feedback

Frontend Developer
Full-time Remote Mid–Senior

What you'll do

  • Build fast, accessible, pixel-perfect websites and web apps
  • Translate Figma designs into production-quality HTML/CSS/JS
  • Work with React or vanilla JS depending on the project
  • Own performance, accessibility, and cross-browser quality
  • Contribute to our internal component library and tooling

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of frontend development experience
  • Deep HTML and CSS knowledge — you don't fight the browser
  • React experience preferred; TypeScript is a plus
  • An eye for design — you can spot when a spacing is off by 4px
  • Experience with Git, deployment, and working async
